CaraPol SPR-1012-75 is a bio-based OPU (oxidizable phenolic resin) which is employed as a modifying resin for alkyds, oil modified urethanes, uralkyds and oleoresinous varnishes. It offers rapid air dry, film hardness, excellent abrasion and mar resistance, film toughness, chemical resistance and high gloss; while allowing a formulator to develop low VOC formulations.
